Personal Data Policy for the Registry
This policy governs the processing of personal data carried out by IAC within the Trust Registry, its public system for verifying credentials, organizations and recognized programs.
1 · Published data
The public Trust Registry ficha publishes: registry status, registry type, holder or entity (standard modality), associated program or standard, issue and validity dates, unique code, declared scope, linked documentary evidence and last update date.
2 · Reserved data
The Trust Registry keeps in a reserved file: national identity document (DNI, CUIT, CURP, NIE, etc.), postal address, telephone, personal email, individual examination or evaluation notes or grades, private documents provided during the registration process, and any data deemed sensitive under the applicable regulations.
3 · Protected modality
At the time of registration the holder may choose between standard modality (full name visible) and protected modality (only initials visible). Verification by code returns confirmation of status while shielding the name. The modality may be changed at any time by request to the controller.
4 · Holder rights
The holder may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and revocation of consent. The request is addressed to the institutional mailbox dedicated to privacy: privacy@accreditationcenter.org.
5 · Data Protection Officer (DPO)
IAC maintains a dedicated channel for queries and complaints regarding personal data: privacy@accreditationcenter.org. Requests are answered within reasonable timeframes and in accordance with the regulations applicable in the holder’s jurisdiction.
6 · Site analytics
accreditationcenter.org uses Plausible Analytics and Google Analytics 4 for aggregate site usage measurement. Google Signals and advertising personalization remain disabled. No marketing cookies or advertising networks are used. Further detail at /legal/cookies.
7 · Full document
The full policy, with all clauses, timeframes and regulatory references, is published in downloadable format. The version on this page is the public synopsis in plain language.
8 · Complaints before the authority
Without prejudice to institutional contact, the holder may file complaints with the competent supervisory authority in their jurisdiction (AAIP in Argentina, AEPD in Spain, INAI in Mexico, CNIL in France, ICO in the United Kingdom, etc.).
9 · General contact
For matters not related to personal data: contact@accreditationcenter.org.
