Terms of use
Rules governing the use of accreditationcenter.org and the public services associated with the Trust Registry of the International Accreditation Center.
Trust Registry function
The Registry returns status, validity, scope and evidence within the declared scope. A positive verification does not constitute IAC endorsement for uses outside the declared scope.
Allowed use
Verification by buyers, compliance, audit, due diligence. Automated mass use requires prior formal agreement (rate limit applies).
Prohibited use
Unattributed scraping, mass republication, use that induces confusion about a third party's scope.
IP rights
Editorial content, IAC private standards, visual system and texts are property of IAC. Fragmentary citation with attribution is allowed.
Applicable law
For LATAM users: Argentine legislation. For US/international non-LATAM: Wyoming law. Local consumer protection law prevails where applicable.
