1 · Responsible for the site
Institutional controller: International Accreditation Center. Public channel: contact@accreditationcenter.org. Legal, tax and administrative data are reported only through formal channels when they pertain to the file.
2 · Legal nature
The International Accreditation Center operates as a private institutional entity with a registry and documentary function. Regulatory, administrative and state functions correspond to the competent public authorities.
3 · Site function
accreditationcenter.org is the public interface of the Trust Registry and of IAC’s institutional documentation. Its function is to enable public verification of recognized credentials, organizations and programs, and to publish the documentary evidence backing the institutional declarations.
4 · Scope of the site and external channels
Training, evaluation and institutional activities are handled through specific channels. Extended administrative information is managed by formal file. Cooperation or service relationships are documented through a specific instrument. Editorial and press content is published solely as institutional communication. Regulatory authorities retain competence over permits, sanctions and authorizations. Qualified universities and educational entities retain competence over official degrees. Judicial or administrative decisions are processed through the applicable formal file.
5 · Terms of use
Public consultation of the Trust Registry, downloading and reading of published documents, academic or professional citation with express attribution, and linking from third-party sites are permitted. Automated mass extraction requires prior agreement; use of the IAC mark and name is governed by written authorization where it exceeds academic or journalistic citation.
6 · Liability limitations
IAC strives for the accuracy and timeliness of the published information. Decisions taken by third parties on the basis of that information are the third party’s responsibility. Recognized programs indicate the responsible entity, scope, validity and reading limits in the corresponding public ficha.
7 · Trademark
International Accreditation Center and its associated identifiers are protected institutional marks. Permitted use by citation is limited to academic and journalistic reference with express attribution. Any other use requires written authorization.
